· 2 Years + domain experience within Compensation & benefits. Experience in hi-tech or telecom industry will be an added advantage.
· Looking for candidates from Premier B school - 2010/2011/2012 batches with rewards manager.
· Exposure in using compensation & benefits assessment/evaluation tools and methodologies (e.g. Mercer/ Hewitt etc.),
· Possesses exposure in job matching and survey compilation.
· Familiar with compensation and benefits analysis.
· Independent thinker and willing to collaborate contribute and support as part of a team.
· MBA / Equivalent from reputed institutes preferred.
