Job Description:

The job profile will have 60% focus on compensation & benefits, 30% on Talent Acquisition and 10% on support in other HR initiatives that are rolled out on a regular basis.

Candidate Profile:

- 6-7 yrs experience in a Human Resources function (i.e., benefits, compensation, staffing, and employee relations).
- Experience working in an environment with a customer/client focus.
- Exposure to broad cross-cultural HR issues.
- Identifies resources to resolve problems and aid in the decision making process.

Knowledge Desired
- Understanding of how organizations work within the HR function.
- Basic understanding of business functions (e.g., finance, operations, sales).
- Basic understanding of high performance work systems with teams
- Masters degree with a Human Resources-related concentration.
- Good academic record and leadership skills.
