Job Description:

Role reports to Group HR Manager

Role and responsibilities :

· Responsible for talent acquisition for managers and above (middle management) for Consumer Care (General and Modern Trade both), Marketing and other business units

· Develop and execute recruiting plans for manager and above positions pan India through applying various routes and mix of recruitment channels (internal referrals, recruitment consultants, job portals and other social networks). Ensure fulfilment within the stipulated cycle time and cost parameters.

· Work to create a strong employer brand by partnering with external agencies and strengthening of internal employee referral scheme.
· Work to build a strong network within and outside the organization. Do competition analysis and identify trends to tap suitable

· Corporate HR activities - Responsible for HR function for employees based at Business Office (BO). This includes implementation of Human Resources programs and policies including induction, training, transfers, confirmations, appraisals and policy clarification.

· Play a critical role in the on boarding and assimilation of managers and above into company culture, policies, processes etc by driving initiatives in lateral engagement.

· Process owner for Employee Perception Survey (EPS), 360 degree leadership survey and online and offline administration of Performance Management System for all the divisions of the company.

Candidate Profile:

Post Graduate in Human Resources from Premier B School, with approximately 24-48 months of relevant work experience.

Skills & Competencies:

· High customer orientation- understanding the true need of the customer and then working out solutions.

· Ability to interact confidently with a diverse cross section of people.

· Good communication (both oral and written), networking and influencing skills.

· Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems.

· High on initiative & drive.
