Roles and Responsibilities:
Playing a pivotal role in spearheading the IR/ER of the various plants located in India.
Addressing the ER/IR issues on day to day basis and proactively responding to the various labour issues.
Negotiate charter of demands with the Union to arrive at an amicable & peaceful long term settlement; Ensure maintaining peace and amicable resolution of issues related to worker dissatisfaction & unrest; Handle effectively matters pertaining to legal cases and union / I.R. matters; Formulate & implement welfare facilities.
Employee Relations, Employee Welfare, ESS, Compliance under Labour Laws;
Liaison & General Admin*:* Liaison with Govt. Officials under Labour, PF, Factories, MCD, Police and to ensure compliances under applicable laws, oversee general administration e.g. Canteen, Transport, Security, Horticulture
Responsible for General Administration–Canteen, Transport, Horticulture, HK, Security; Co-ordinate with counsels for legal cases.
Handling the manpower requirement based on the production plan.
Capability building initiatives for workers/supervisors through structured induction OJT, soft skills Training etc
Qualification-MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in IR
Desired Qualifications:
Experience-18 yrs plus exp in handling IR of a manufacturing set up(preferably and MNC)
