Director HR for a leading BPO




Candidate Profile:
  1. Require a FEMALE candidate from a Premier B School.
    2. 

  2. Should have worked with large MNC / Indian organisations. Service/ IT/ITES/Telecom.
    3. 

  3. The person should be a HR Generalist having OD/ Talent Management/ Soft Skills Trg experience.
    4. 

  4. Office timings 12- 9 pm as business working hours are 1pm-10 pm.
    5. 



Salary Range:Total CTC- 50-60 lacs out of which 40 L would be fixed. Rest would be Esops, Bonus etc.
