US multinational, leading manufacturing service provider
Provide Human Resources leadership for location or global business functions on Organizational Assessment, Organizational Design, Organizational Change, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Development and Talent Retention.
Scope includes – India Corporate and Engineering Team in Mumbai, Manufacturing team at the plant and Service team spread through-out the country.
· Lead Organizational Review/ Organizational Assessment / Organization Design for functions supported.
· Provide consultation to client groups in support of organization and employee relations issues.
· Facilitate Change Management as necessary and appropriate.
· Lead internal and external Talent Acquisition and retention efforts.
· Lead Performance Management and Development Planning activities for assigned population.
· Lead Talent Review Process and follow-on development/succession planning efforts for assigned population.
· Manage Annual Compensation (Merit, IC and Equity) processes for assigned population.
· Lead annual Associate Survey and Action Planning activities for assigned population
· Manage exit management process, including assessment of turnover and execution of countermeasures for organizations/functions supported.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including management of annual Standards of Compliance training for assigned population.
· Ensure compliance with employment related laws for organizations/functions supported.
· Manage day-to-day associate relations including problem solving, counseling and coaching, fact-finding, etc. for assigned population.
· Setup a strong labor relations program at Factory as well as in Service Network
· Drive team building efforts in India and also with global teams
· Masters degree in Human Resources.
· Minimum of 15 years in a human resources generalist role, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior-level position.
· Must have previous experience with talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, leadership development and training.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in a resources lean and fast-paced environment.
· Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Previous kaizen and continuous improvement experience an asset.
· Must possess strong business acumen.
· Must have proven leadership skills, including proficiency in conflict resolution and coaching/counseling.
