Job Description:

Support business development professionals in client mapping and research, updating client information and databases, research for Axience expansion plans, lead generations on emails and phone calls. Detailed responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
• Responsible for maintenance and quality of Axience client database
• Generation of fresh leads in target organizations / geographies / industries through in-depth secondary research and understanding of organization structures based on pre-decided targets and initiative discussions
• Suggest and take actions on existing client base based on previous communication history, for decisions by managers / associates
• Ensure timely execution of business development campaign related activities to maximize client meetings and revenue generation opportunities for senior teams through emails, calls and follow ups
• Execute follow ups with clients based on discussion and instructions
• Support CEO and other senior team members during business development trips and conferences in developing complete client preparation decks
• Support in marketing collateral development

Candidate Profile:

• Fresh graduates or graduates from top tier institutes with less than 2 years’ of experience.
• Strong academic background with consistent performance at all levels / record of extra-curricular achievements
• Preference may be given to candidates with international background / exposure
• Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, MS Word is preferable
• Please also share scores in examinations such as GMAT / GRE / CAT at time of application
• Experience is not a prerequisite for candidates with exceptional academic background and excellent communication (oral and written) and structured analytical thinking skills

Desired skills
• Significant international exposure for prolonged periods through assignments / education / travel
• Fluency in a foreign language
• Knowledge of CRM / database management software applications
