Job Description:

Setup and Optimize delivery platform to ensure accurate and fast delivery - Drive the planning, strategy formulation and implementation for creating and offering world class customer support - Work extensively with the technology team to create an innovative and highly effective systems based approach to customer interaction - Hiring, growing and scaling the function on people, technology and processes - Put processes & metrics in place and be responsible for implementation of the same - Be responsible for creating scalable, predictable and consistent delivery system - Ensure compliance on statutory requirements - Plan and execute on the SOPs, SLAs and quality parameters - Explore smart, effective and scalable solutions for the problem incidences - Create policies and incentive structures for the delivery teams - Drive KPIs on delivery times and quality in delivery - Apply Technology to solve problems and bring efficiency and accuracy wherever possible Desired Profile: - Relevant experience of 7 – 10 years in managing large Customer Support teams - Strong problem solving skills - Prior experience in customer interaction domain - Strong focus on execution - Experience of handling and building a team - In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Proven success record and stability.
