· To lead the function in the location with a team of HR Spocs .
· Act as Employee Champion for all employees in the location.
· Design and implement various HR programs, policies, processes within the location to drive the people agenda at a location
level
· Responsible for ensuring seamless execution of HR processes- Performance management process, Progression and fulfillment processes, Employee Perception Survey etc.
· Drive Employee engagement initiatives, staff welfare activities and other events in the location.
· Anchor retention initiatives and meet attrition targets for the location.
· Represents the function in the Local councils/ Committees, Audits and Investigations - uphold the values in the location and
ensure employee satisfaction.
· Anchor process improvement projects at pan India/ local level
· MIS/reporting as per the internal guidelines
Skills & Competencies:
· High customer orientation and strong business acumen
· Demonstrated competence & strong background in employee relations and talent management
· Good understanding of People Processes and Programs
· Ability to work with diverse teams, connect and collaborate with various stakeholders
· Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with ability to take ownership and drive results.
· Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity
Education & Experience:
· Masters in Human Resources, with a total work experience of approximately 9-12 years in HR
· The applicant must be at the Senior Manager / AVP level.
