Role entails end to end HR for a strategic SBU - driving PMS, Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Development, Talent Retention, Change Management, HR strategy.
The position has a matrix reporting to the business head & Head HR at the Corporate, and a team of managers to support the function. The person should have excellent communication skills and people skills as the role would involve stakeholder management. Experience in working in a IT/ITES or Shared Services environment is highly desirable.

Qualification – MBA (HR Full Time) - Tier1 preferred with experience in a IT/ITES (large organization) having global HR practices.
