Provides leadership and supports the overall HR direction in the co-ordination, implementation and the maintenance of policies and programs covering the following areas: recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, human resource planning, employee career development, employee relations, performance management, orientation and training & development. Manages and develops Human Resources staff for the organization.
• Strong grasp of Labour legislation.
• Ability to identify and understand critical human resource issues that will contribute to business success.
• Assertiveness and resourcefulness.
• Understand the role and inter-relationship for each organizational function (e.g. marketing sales, operation, finance and HR); have experience and skill in communicate across function and organization.
• Maintain a positive outlook, resist stress and work constructively under pressure; respond resourcefully to change and ambiguity
MBA HR degree
• At least 5 years generalist human resource experience, ideally from Mncs
• At least 3 years work experience in organization with diversified culture and work environment.
• Experience in leading a small team.
