Training
- Create and overall Learning Strategy and aligning to development needs of individuals, businesses & organizations
- Develop and apply methodologies and tools for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities and developing ROI metrics
- Introduce new ways of optimizing training efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and monitor training budgets / costs and optimize training investments
- Be an internal trainer for the company's specific programs.
Employee Development & Succession Planning
- Ensure an internal talent pipe line at all grades
- Succession planning for Senior Management and critical positions in the organization
- Branding and developing in-house programs
- Maintain an optimum development budget for large development investments like DC etc
Performance Management:
- Building a culture of Meritocracy in the organization through a robust Performance Management System.
- Create culture wherein we have an open and transparent performance feedback mechanism within the organization
Education: MBA from reputed institute
Experience: 15 years of relevant experience with 8 to 12 years in L & D.
Female candidates preferred.
Compensation: Commensurate to experience & qualification
Travel: Incumbent may be required to travel (Domestic/ International) as per business needs
