End-to-end HR support including headcount planning , recruitment oversight, talent management and retention, organization design, compensation, employee relations and more - for the Business Unit which has an employee base of over 250 specialized and high skilled personnel.
Ensure HR initiatives and programs are delivered to client organization (Talent, Leadership & Development, training programs, staffing and more).

Position functions as senior level HR representative to client organizations.
Partner with business head to identify and proactively address people issues and reinforce & build a transparent and fair culture.The role would cater to 1 of the 3 core businesses of the company and be responsible for providing end to end HR solutions & support to a group 300 to 400 persons with very specialized skills within that business. In addition the person would also lead an HR COE areas for the entire manpower in the particular business.

A> An MBA in Human Resources from a premier management institute of the 2004 to 06 batch.
B> Worked in companies of excellent repute and have grown on work levels/grades within that company.
The candidate must have Management insight to manage complex people issues as well as high energy levels & superior interpersonal abilities.
