To manage end to end HR processes for the business straddling Content & Communication, Business Operations, Research & Strategic Planning, Finance, Legal, BS&F, Corporate, Corporate Affairs.Partnering businesses and proactively identifying potential people issues entrenched in the business environment.Influence Business Heads and the Management team by providing practical and implementable solutions to people issues.Ensure delivery of core HR processes across businesses.Lead a compact team. The individual will be responsible for the following key areas: Recruitment & Selection Induction. Strategic Planning. Implementing Human Resource Information Systems and Quarterly & Monthly reports. Performance Management: KRA/Goal Setting for the upcoming review period, cross functional feedback, self assessment, core role in identification of Key Resources Employee Engagement..Ensures that the HR reports and MIS are in place. Conducting attrition analysis and working on attrition root causes and action plan. Compensation and Benefits: Salary Fitments, Parity Checks and administering the Compensation and Benefits and managing employee benefits, including the rewards system.
PG in HR from top institutes. With experience in Consumer Service/ professional services industry. Result oriented with strategic and analytic abilities, sense of urgency in solving issues, interpersonal skills, team oriented, self motivated, ability to multi task. Ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines is a must. Excellent communication skills
