HR Business Partner - India

Position & Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic and consultative services to leaders and employees to optimize human capital performance and to achieve business objectives.
2. Execute global / regional HR strategy
3. Plan, organize, co-ordinate and control all HR activities in your site/region in order to meet short and mid-term business objectives.

An Ideal candidate would have the following characteristics: -
- Experience of 7-10 years of professional experience in HR with at least 2 - 4 years leading HR Team.
- Full time MBA/PG from Tier 1 Institutes like IIM, FMS, XLRI, MDI, IMT-G, NMIMS, SIBM, SCMHRD, TAPMI, XIM-B, XISS, SP JAIN, JBIMS only.
- Ideal passing batch of 2002/2003/2004/2005.
- Candidate should have some HR On-ground experience in SEA or is currently based in SEA.
