A Generalist HR Business Partner, with primary focus around alignment of the function and supporting business growth. it spans from Onboarding of employees into the unit, till superannuation or separation, whichever comes first.
1. Build a thorough understanding of the business and design vertical/ practice/ Account -wide HR strategies in line with the overall HR & Business strategy;
2. Proactively identify people challenges in effective execution of strategy, and provide appropriate solutions to overcome the same;
3. Promote high levels of engagement with the workforce and ensure a high quality of service delivery.
4. Plan and implement various development interventions at the unit level and especially design and implement initiatives to develop Talent for the leadership pipeline for the vertical;
5. Conduct Skip level meetings of senior managers of the unit , provide feedback and track action;
6. Provide business intelligence through reporting and metrics;
7. Participate in customer visits , audits;
8. Program Managing and ensuring excellence in delivery of various Employee life cycle processes for the unit i.e. performance appraisal, Annual rewards and recognition etc.;
9. Manage employee conflicts, issues & grievances and lead them to acceptable closures

Education:
Two years Full time MBA (HR) from Tier-1 Institute only
