HR Executive for BFSI in South Mumbai
BFSI
The incumbent will be responsible for
· Driving change in the HR function so that it becomes a key contributor to Organisational Development
· Day to day operations of the HR function
· HR Administration (eg. leave management, employee database, salary inputs, training history cards)
· Core HR (eg. induction, employee engagement, counselling, exit interviews, discipline)
· Coordination of annual appraisals process
· Training and development
· Developing and implementing policies & procedures
· Maintain HRIS on weekly, monthly basis
· Team management
· The candidate should have experience in entire gamut of HR functions
· Good interpersonal skills dealing with both lower cadre and managerial level people
· Should be a quick learner
· Prior exposure to managing operations in crisis situations, like staff allocation and balancing during peak periods, escalations from Clients, internal coordination between team members, etc
· Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
· Should possess strong analytical skills
· Should be able to perform under pressure
· Should have the ability to multitask i.e. manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook
· Team Player, must have the drive, energy and persistence
