Company runs a dedicated business unit which provides voice based services and support to all its esteemed customers. This business unit is over 1000 people strong with centers located across 3 metro cities. To strengthen their HR talent pool our client is looking at an excellent HR professional to lead the HR function of this particular business unit.
- End-to-end HR support for the Business Unit which is employee base of 1000 employees.
- Partner with business head to identify and proactively address people issues and reinforce & build a transparent and fair culture.
- This generalist Human Resources role covers the entire gamut HR responsibilities including Employee Development & Career Development, Performance Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations,Recruitment and Selection, HR Process,policies and procedures as well as T&D, employee communication and Compensation & Benefits.
- This role reports to a Sr HR professional who heads HR for a group of business units in the company. This VP role has6 direct reports including Sr Managers and Managers.
The ideal candidate would
A> Be an MBA in Human Resources from a premier management of the 2003 to 05 batch.
B> Worked in a company of excellent repute and have grown on work levels/grades within that company.
The candidate must have Management insight to manage complex people issues as well as high energy levels & superior interpersonal abilities.
