End to end HR accountability for partnering the business located at the site employing a manpower of over 6000 people spread across several service/business lines.
Reporting Relationships: The position reports functionally to the Country HR Head and works closely with the Site Business Leaders. The position would supervise over a team of 3 to 4 Site HR Heads.

> A post graduate in HR with 10 to 14 years of experience in a company of strong repute with exposure to contemporary HR practices.
> Experience in an HR Business Partnering role managing manpower of 2500 at 1 or more sites - experience in the ITES / BPO/KPO industry would be preferred.
