Job Description:
  • Implementing talent management strategy within the region and ensure implementation of development plans through assessment/development centre approach.
  • Providing HR support to the region and delivering a variety of HR engagement initiatives.
  • Institutionalizing/streamlining performance management systems and reward architecture ensuring line of sight between performance and reward mechanisms.
  • Managing regional talent hiring in line with the regional business plans.
  • Driving Sales and Marketing capability building along with functional heads.
  • Strengthening communication network with front line sales force, troubleshooting, grievance handling to ensure better rapport and engagement.
  • Be responsible for updating and streamlining the policies and processes for the Sales team.
  • Understand and share best practices.

Candidate Profile:
  • Preferably a Management in Graduate from a premier campus : TISS./XLRI.
  • Experience in applying local solutions within a Global organization.
  • Experience of L&D, the use of psychometric tools and the implementation of behavioral and functional competency frameworks.
  • Strong proximity to competitive scenario and access to market bench marks.
  • Exposure to handling HR in FMCG Sales & Marketing setup.
