The HR team at InMobi is building and investing in key HR processes to stay true to our vision of "Enabling InMobians to achieve extraordinary results." We are looking for an all-star intern to support us during this journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and drive key HR Projects in the area of:
- Employee Engagement
- HR Analytics
- On-Boarding
- HR Operations
Qualifications:
- 2012/ 2013 graduates with a Masters Degree
- Preference will be given to those with a Masters degree from premier institutes such as ISB, FMS, IIMs, XLRI, Symbiosis, TISS, MDI etc.
Expected Behaviors and Skills:
- Demonstrates initiative and commitment
- Is open to learning, and is energetic
- Has the ability to work through changing requirements in a high paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders' expectations
- Good data analytics and MS Excel skills
Note:
