HR Manager
MNC Consulting Firm with office all across India and with 3 offices in Mumbai
Role & Requirement:
- The candidate would be responsible for all BU metrics & overall operations including overseeing responsibility of core SL functions in regions.
- Should be fundamentally strong in all functions & concepts of HR.
- Will be responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle for the Mumbai region.
- Work back with Mkt Segment/BU leads and support HR Head on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement & other key HR initiatives.
- Participate in or lead special projects in an effort to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact for Advisory practice.
Experience: 7-10 years from Industry (preferably MNC) or any of the Big Four with generalist experience in Business HR & Employee Engagement
Qualification: Post Graduate in HR from a Tier 1 or 2 Business School
Attributes required : Dynamic, result-oriented person who brings strong understanding of HR processes. A self motivated, confident, & high on energy individual with strong analytical skills & excellent written and verbal communication.
The incumbent should have worked with senior management or high intense workforce & brings strong relationship management with stable stints in good professional organizations.
