Job Description:

Position Description:-
The Human Resources Manager will manage the end to end HR functions for our US, China and Canada offices.
Specific responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the hiring managers/business partners to understand position requirement/strategy & own the entire hiring cycle including budget forecasting for US and China & Canada offices.
  • Forecast robust pipeline of candidates through various innovative channels
  • Own overall campus recruiting strategy and facilitate on-campus events.
  • Cultivate an environment for a positive candidate experience and on boarding experience via well managed processes.

Manage and administer performance evaluation, compensation and promotion ,recognition processes.

  • Manage employee relations issues, employee development strategies & overall organization management.
  • Retain and develop talent to support growth and business success
  • Capture exit interviews; summarize feedback to management
  • Manage work visa for International locations.
  • Maintain the integrity of systems & HRIS software applications.
  • Payroll liaison for India and oversee statutory compliances.

· Develop, coordinate/deliver, document & measure all induction/ training programs .

· Participate in identifying training needs, through internal and external programs.
· Target change of behavior as required depending on business/client/quality/information security needs through focused training programs.
· Review and update HR policies/SOP’s at regular intervals.
· Manage delivery of complete HR operations activities.

  • Administration & Maintain contract agreements with employees/contractors/freelancers.
Candidate Profile:

· Should have managed end to end Human Resource functions.
· Experience and knowledge of various India & International labor laws and statutory compliances
· Progressive HR experience, preferably in a start-up environment.
· Bachelors or Master’s degree in related field from a premium institute.
