HR - Peoplesoft
The Group has implemented PeopleSoft 9.1 HRMS & Hyperion as a reporting/analytics tool across most of the existing businesses in India and overseas for management cadre employees. The different modules of PeopleSoft HRMS & Hyperion implemented so far are in different stages of maturity across the Group & are being maintained & upgraded to enhance effectiveness. To add-on to HRMS scale & effectiveness, new projects on new modules of PeopleSoft (viz. Payroll, Compensation etc) Hyperion & other HR solutions (viz. Taleo, HR Analytics) & in the new businesses or for staff & workmen employees are being looked at & implemented. It is to be the single platform for deployment and delivery of all People Processes catering to all HR needs of employees.
. The Major Challenges for the role: To understand the functionality of new modules including Compensation & Payroll processes in HRMS being evaluated & implemented and chalk out the resourcing & implementation plan for the same.
. To evaluate HR Analytics solutions available in line with Group HR/Business HR requirements and finalize/deploy solution.
. To ensure configuration, technical development & deployment of new modules in line with the implementation plan in all businesses.
. To guide & lead the team of HRMS Projects team members & module consultants in line with the implementation plan for new modules/new businesses.
. Functional Accountability for Compensation/Payroll /other new modules
. Technical development on new modules/projects wrt Compensation & Payroll
. Engage with 3-4 businesses to gather HRMS solutions that would be required, and develop solutions/processes to streamline HR processes in businesses.
. HR Reporting & Analytics. Implementation & Maintenance.
Education: MBA / PGDM in HR with Experience
