- HR Talent Management & Talent Development: MBA HR degree from Tier I HR Institute or Masters in Psychology with experience in developing, leading and driving the talent management processes and initiatives across the organisation.
- Exposure to multi-cultural global & networked work environment & Strong Powerpoint & Excel skills are critical.
- Knowledge of financial/ knowledge services sector is desirable.
- Experience in staff and leadership development design and delivery.
- Ability to work on own initiatives without supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication, project management skills.
- Experience in managing a training function independently.
- Usage of various tools and metrics to understand and map talent as per competencies needed for the role.
- Experience in conducting / participating Assessment Centres.
- Proficient in usage of psychometric tools and 360 profilers.
- Leading succession planning efforts for the Organization.
- Good understanding of Talent development practices.
- Experience of rolling out talent initiatives across hierarchies, resulting in building a strong leadership pipeline for the organisation.
- Knowledge of PMS essential.
