Job Description:

•Work in multiple high learning assignments/ locations during two year HRDP program
•Provide HR support in the form of specialist and/or generalist expertise to Businesses.
•Apply HR knowledge to address a variety of complex business problems and opportunities in both an individual and team environment, striving to develop and enhance business partnering between HR and business leaders.
•Develops, implements, and continuously improves business processes and internal controls from HR Function perspective.
•Drive continuous improvement in existing processes and procedures, spread best practices from one location to another and be an advocate on strong internal control and corporate governance.
•The stretch job assignment may be focused in any number of areas, including: Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Executive & Leadership Development, Diversity/Inclusion, Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management, HR Information Systems and HR operations.

Candidate Profile:

•Qualified MBA (Human Resources/ Labour Law) with up to 3 years of post-qualification relevant HR Generalist experience with big MNC. Top Premier MBA school ( India Level – Tier I/ Tier II) only
•The candidate must have sound HR & Labour Law conceptual knowledge and experience working in a matrix organization
•Sound performance track record of getting results
•Able to adapt to change and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders/ teams
•Good in communication at all levels
•Strong in influencing to drive effective results as per assignment structure
•Ability to work in cross – functional teams
•Should possess strong strategic and thinking skills
•The candidate should be flexible to move to various locations within India during and after completion of the program.
