Job Description:

· Compensation & Benefits Strategy Formulation

· Market Research on existing practices and changes incorporated in the industry as well as other sectors

· Compensation Surveys and Benchmark Exercise

· Salary & Grade Fitments – standard matrix design and individual fitments at senior levels

· Periodically reviewing & revising benefits plans from a compensation / cost perspective

· Compensation Harmonisation & Grade Integration (Mergers & Acquisitions)

· Manpower Cost Budgeting

· Promotion, Increment & Bonus Costing

· Formulating Employee Stock Option Plans

· Overseas Compensation- Formulate policy for each country/region and oversee the policy implementation

· Compensation & Benefits Consultation for group companies

· Reporting compensation data to the Board of directors and regulators

· Handling employee queries’ on compensation and benefits

Candidate Profile:

MBA HR from a premier B school with atleast 1-3 years of Compensation exp as a part of his/her overall exp.

Work Experience:Lead - C&B ( Exp 8-12 years), Manager - C&B (Exp 1-4 years)
