- Designing and implementing communication plan for senior management and all employees
- Market Research on existing practices and changes incorporated in the industry as well as other sectors
- Compensation Surveys and Benchmark Exercise
- Salary & Grade Fitments
- Compensation Harmonization & Grade Integration (Mergers & Acquisitions)
- Manpower Cost Budgeting
- Increment & Bonus Costing
- Formulating Employee Stock Option Plans
- Overseas Compensation- Formulate policy and overseeing the policy implementation
- Compensation & Benefits Consultation for group companies
- Manage reporting compensation data to the Board of directors and regulators.

Candidate Profile:

1) Candidate should be a Full MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 campus only.
2) 1999-2004 Batch passouts only
3) Should be from Banking or Financial Services only (Mandatory)
