Job Description:

1.Coordinating with Vendors in developing content, delivery methods, identification /compiling list of participants for training.
2. Identifying Vendors for the Training needs identified.
3. Coordination and facilitation of the programs.
4. identification of competency requirement, calibrating competencies, including conducting Assessment / Development Centres, Understanding Competency gaps and bridging gaps thru Traiining.
5. Drawing up Training calendar, preparing and monitoring Training Budgets.
6. Measuring Training effectiveness and linking results of Training to effectiveness of Institutions and overall results of Institutions.

Candidate Profile:

Person should be a Post Graduate either in HR / Psychology, preferably having worked in education sector some time in her/his career. He / She should have good experience. CTC will commensurate with length and quality of experience and demonstrated track record. Candidates based out of Delhi need only apply as no relocation charges are budgeted.
