Job Description:

· Analyze and improve existing L&D frameworks and develop a training skills matrix.
· Program manage creation and deployment of key leadership interventions for varying employee segments in a timely manner.
· Interact with stakeholders and recommend streamlined options for managing capability development programs.
· Engage in vendor management, budget management, strategic sourcing, program marketing, and internal communication of learning events.
· Establish a project plan and conduct a cost/benefit analysis for any recommendations made to business units.
· Evaluate business unit’s overall learning requirements, business objectives, desired results, and constraints; conduct a skills assessment to identify specific training needs.
· Identify and implement improvements in training curriculum and courseware using industry standard testing methods, needs analysis, and methods of redesigning training programs.
· Oversee design and roll-out of fair and valid selection/assessment tools, such as structured interviews and assessment centre exercises.

Basic Qualifications
· Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results. Collaboration skills including the ability to integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives of business unit managers, instructional designers, corporate HR and external vendors.
· Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
· Ability to develop a holistic view of performance problems, identify root causes, and suggest training-based solutions.
· Analytical, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
· Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation.
· Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
· Knowledge of training and organizational development theories, instructional design models, such as ADDIE, and e-learning standards (e.g. SCORM and AICC).
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in instructional design/technology, organizational development, educational psychology, or a closely related field.
· Graduate degree preferred.
· Proven skill in the operation and utilization software such as Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, etc.
· Ability to analyze organization and individual needs and create the most cost-effective package to meet them.
· Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within a corporate operations structure.
· Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice; performance appraisal systems and staff development.
· Proven ability to use initiative in carrying out tasks.
· Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions.
