Looking for Sr. Manager Human Resources
A leading organisation in Telecom DTH
• Act as Strategic HR Business Partner to North & East India business. Provide strategic support to India Leadership team by providing consultative support and implementation / execution of core HR programs.
• Ensure that consistent processes are followed which are aligned with HR Regional/Strategy across all HR disciplines
• Facilitate Manpower Planning and staff utilization /optimization and manage Talent Acquisition.
• Develop and execute HR processes and communication for the site such as Talent development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement , Rewards and Recognition Programs, Employee Welfare, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Employee Separation aligned with National practice
• Ensure Talent Development within the site and also ensure succession and development plans are in place for the team.
• Lead, Facilitate and Coordinate staff training, development and evaluation
• Ambassador for Guiding Values- What we stand for (our values and culture), how we do things (sustainability), internal and external communications.
• Formulate and implement Talent Retention strategiesSr. Manager HR
An ideal profile should be a management graduate with experience in managing Sales driven HR organisation, should be well versed with HR P & L, Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management Programs, Employee Engagement, ESS & Reward Recognition Programs.
