One of the largest Healthcare Companies in the US.
As a Manager - HRIS Projects, the incumbent will plan, direct, and coordinate human resource information systems (HRIS) activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, and regulatory compliance.
. The individual will participate in designing and implementation of HRIS solutions on PeopleSoft 9.1 and Taleo
. Creating Project Plan, manages critical path, scope, milestones and timelines.
. Identifying and managing cross-team dependencies and establishing and manages deliverables requirements by evaluating quality and completeness
. Managing the process of bringing technical, functional and user interface teams to agreement on various functionality, time lines, and procedures,
. Ensure an absolute and documented understanding of the split of responsibilities between various stakeholders involved,
. Establish, track and report metrics, Manage risks, issues and change.
. To resolve bottlenecks through effective coordination with customer groups.
MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management with experience in managing HRO / HRIS Projects.
. HRIS Knowledge of Database software; Human Resource systems; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Extensive experience on PeopleSoft ver. 8.9 or higher and systems such as Taleo / brassring etc.
. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, internal customers and good knowledge of MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. Experience with Implementation that manages requirements, configuration, testing, etc
