Job Description:

Job Role:

  • In consultation with the Head – HR, establish and deliver a training and development strategy for the business that will support and drive commercial success both across Retail and Sourcing verticals, spanning across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
  • Identify, plan and where appropriate deliver targeted learning and development solutions in line with the business plan.

Job Description:

  • Effective and creative use of the learning budget to deliver value adding and focused training and development solutions.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines maintaining attention to detail.
  • Provide advice and guidance in response to learning queries.
  • Network externally to understand learning trends which may be applicable to the business.
  • Continually ensure that personal behavior reflects the vision and values of the business.
  • Work with line managers to provide advice and guidance on the development of individuals.
  • Provide one to one coaching support where appropriate.
  • Ensure training and development strategy is consistently revised and flexible enough to respond to business changes.
  • Anticipate the use of technology that will shape the learning strategy, including e learning and Learning Management Systems.
  • Apply project management methodology to manage and monitor progress on learning solution development.
  • Source trainers (either Trainers or commercial employees) appropriate to deliver existing/new training courses, including liaison with external training providers.
  • Accountable for the effective delivery and implementation of Career Path, development activities and training.
  • Liaise with International HR / Senior Managers to collate training needs, prioritize, and incorporate as appropriate into the training plan.
Candidate Profile:

An MBA in Human Resources / PMIR from a premier institute with very strong academic background with relevant work experience.

 

Salary Range:The package may go upto 25.00 Lakh (Fixed) apart from incentive.
