- Managing global team performance on a daily basis
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements
- Liaising with clients – conducting product demos and follow-ups with regular product users
- Conducting team performance appraisals at regular intervals
- Overall, ensuring smooth flow of work, good team morale and a positive client experience
Candidate Profile:
- Post graduate (preferable) from a premier institute, with 1st class academics throughout
- Minimum of 4 years experience, preferably including global exposure, team management and client interaction
- Enthusiastic about working in a start-up and contributing to its growth
- Based in Bangalore and ready to begin immediately
