Job Description:

Locations : Noida (National Role), Kolkata (Regional Role), Bangalore(Regional Role), and Mumbai(Regional Role),
Will provide HR solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
Will work with the Sales Leadership in the target setting process.
The position will consults on HR Projects and solutions within applicable HR Policies, Processes & Programs to resolve issues on a variety of people and HR program related topics. The main KRA would be :
- Talent Acquisition – Ensure quality and timely recruitment of resources. Strategize for low cost hiring and develop alternate hiring plans for the region.
- Talent Management – Plan robust reward and recognition plan, retain best talents
- Talent Development – Capability building programmes for region, develop review mechanism, conduct talent review process and succession planning for the region.
- Talent Engagement - Action plans as per engagement scores, conduct monthly engagement activities, create communication platform
- Self Development

Candidate Profile:

Should be strong in end to end HR process for a Sales Organisation..
Good Experience in a Sales Organisation like FMCG/FMCD/Telecom/Insurance Sales Industry is a must..
