· This is a Corporate HR role focusing on the areas of PMS /Organizational Development , Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Policy.
· Person with good understanding of HR processes, bench marking, managing organizational led change.
· Create competency models; bench marking and best practices.
· Diagnose potential organizational/team improvement area.
· Recommend training and development systems, develop team-building exercises and workshops.
MBA in HR with relevant HR Functions possess good domain knowledge in PMS, HR Processes, designing of HR policy, Training and Development OD, Organisation Transformation.
Should possess good exposure in HR operations in a large set-up , managing large workforce ( preference to a Auto/ Manufacturing / MNC companies).
Certifications like Thomas Assessment, OD Certified, ISAB’s would be preferred.
Candidates who are working as freelancer/ or with consulting firms on contract are also preferred.
