A leading player in the BPO industry, catering predominantly to some of the prime US clientele with close to 4000 employees in India. Currently they are looking out for a site HR head for their Hyderabad centre which has close to 500 odd employees which is likely to go up very soon.

The site HR head will be designated as Director and will be responsible for the entire gambit of HR activities in the centre. Employee retention, employee connect programs, employee relations, performance assessment system, HR operations, etc. will be the focus for this person.

Some very critical requirements :
1. Need only lady candidates
2. HR Experience of anything.

3. Should have worked in BPO companies for atleast 5 years ( definitely only from 3rd party / captive BPO’s ).
4. Should have worked in US shift timing
5. Work timing will be 5 pm to 3 AM
6. Office in Uppal, Hyderabad
7. Transportation will be provided by the company
8. Prefer local candidate or candidates who are currently working outside of Andhra Pradesh, but want to move back to Hyderabad.
