• Intensive experience in analysis, design, implementation and support of large complex applications.
• Proven track record and at least 5 years of experience in configuring, customizing, implementing and supporting an enterprise SharePoint 2007/2010 environment.
• Clearly understand business processes, gather requirements and prepare design specifications.
• Responsible for conducting, leading and coordinating multiple software development activities throughout the project, including key design decisions for the technology, structure and configuration of the system.
• Support the Sales team in developing prototypes, proof of concepts, conducting demos and setting up staging sites.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate technology related risks.
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships with the managers and teams in their functional areas.
• Strong technical skills in .Net, C#, SharePoint, SQL Server 2005 (Reporting Service and Integration Service), AJAX, Web Services.
• Strong English reading and writing communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Ability to work in teams and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to lead a group of software engineers and also able to work independently.

• B.Tech/BE in Information Technology or equivalent
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in SharePoint and C#
