Job Description:

To develope Job descriptions along with concerned departmental heads,Identifying and evaluating performance of recruitment consultants,Filling up all vacancies with right talent aquisition, Manpower Planning, Employee Policies, Training, Performance Appraisal, Employee Communication, etc.
1. Responsible to drive competency based Talent Acquisition process for Pan India across all levels by attracting key talent into the organisation through various internal and external sources.
2. Initiate & monitor cost control and cost reduction measures in the recruitment function.
3. Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
4. Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
5. Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
6. Manage and develop the team of Recruiters.
7. Analyse and set action plan on monthly recruitment trends within the organisation and the industry.
8. Branding the organisation at various campuses for direct hires and summer interns.
9. To drive the Background verification process for all employees.
10. Ensure that all processes are followed in line with the agreed SOPs.

Candidate Profile:

- Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource Management
- Post qualification work experience out of which, must have worked in Talent Acquisition for the last 4-5 years in a reputed FMCG/ Consumer goods/ Manufacturing company.
