Role is to handle independently junior, middle and leadership levels hiring , vendor management with recruitment firms , Plan hiring thru all modes of channels ,on board joining , induction ,build up talent pipeline thru competency mapping, putting recruitment processes in place , talent assessments and profiling , in collaboration with local HRBP of various businesses , devising and designing talent management framework .
