Sr Position in Life Sciences/Healthcare Data Analytics
Leading KPO
- Managing analytics delivery teams supporting multiple clients
- Client management including interaction to understand business requirements, prepare proposals, and communicate expectations and establish deadlines in agreement with team members
- Define business goals, conduct performance reviews, and define career paths for team members.
- Handle multiple project modules and ensure delivery is smooth and error free to maximize customer satisfaction, resource utilization, project profitability.
- Conceptualize the analytical methodology for business problems, provide strategic and operational data-based insights to business
- Provide technical advisory to ongoing analytics projects enabling identification of process improvement opportunities
- Provide support to Practice management & Pre-Sales using material generated out of on-going projects.
Qualification: BTech/BE/MBA/MPharm from a reputed institute
Experience Desired: - 8-10 years of experience in analytics domain with minimum of 5+ years in Life sciences and Healthcare analytics
- Proven track record of managing teams across locations and managing delivery
- Experience with Pharma clients and Pharma databases such as IMS, CAM
- Ability to use quantitative analysis and statistical/mathematical methods to solve business problems
- Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL, MS Access, VBA
- Flexibility as travel to client sites is required
