To develop, implement, monitor and improve effective L&D Systems, processes, resources and measures that drive the development of the required capability in the technical function to achieve the business strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.. Apply Specialist knowledge of Learning & Development Process to develop effective L&D processes in the country basis the L&D Strategy.
2.. Demonstrate understanding and application of the principles of the global L&D strategy and learning philosophies
3.. Ensure that the Competence and hence performance of the technical function improves as per the Global Competence Framework
4.. Work closely with SMEs and external vendors on solution design and delivery
5.. Work closely with SMEs, Site managers and external vendors to ensure alignment and deliver the L&D agenda
6.. Plan, facilitate and monitor L&D in the technical function basis identified needs
7.. Work with the entire range of learning solutions as per the adult learning principles
8.. Facilitate development of e-learning content
9.. Plan Trainee program and ensure effective delivery
10.. Understand and apply the Talent Management Way especially in the context of L&D
11.. Plan and ensure effective delivery of new joinee technical induction
12.. Prepare L&D Budgets and manage costs in consultation with Capability development SME
13.. Evaluates effectiveness of the learning solutions implemented by designing proper tools, questionnaires etc.
14.. Librarian for the Technical learning library
BE/ B.Tech. with 8-15 years of experience in Technical Training in mainline FMCG/ Foods/Beverages/ Liquor categories
- Strategic thinking and ability to build strong partnerships
- Ability to collaborate with strong people management skills
- Manage ambiguity
- Excellent analytical abilities
Job requirements
1.. Technical Graduate (B.Tech/BE) with Psychology qualification
2.. 4 years in manufacturing leadership role plus 4 years in a L&D support or similar role
3.. Experience in training programme development and L&D management for an organisation
4.. Training & coaching qualification & experience.
5.. A conceptual thinker who can link strategy to clear objectives and tactical execution.
6.. A bias for innovation and independent action
7.. Skilled as team player and facilitator balanced with personal accountability
