Job Responsibilities:- Business Development/Deal Origination (Scan/ Identify opportunities and convert them into business opportunities, regular interaction and ideation with clients, conduct prelim due diligence) - Deal Execution/ Syndication with investors - Facilitate Negotiations and Deal Closure (Oversee documentation and co-ordinate with Clients, Investors, Legal teams etc. to ensure closure)

Qualification: MBA/ CA

Experience Desired: - MBA in Finance / Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years experience in Finance including Private Equity, investment banking / equity syndication - and bulk of it in the Equity Sell Side (Private Equity & M&A) business. Ideally we would like the person to have relevant deal execution experience. Sector expertise in Infra would be an added advantage. - Understanding of equity valuation methodologies with domain knowledge across sectors viz., industrials, infrastructure and Project Finance concepts, Public private Partnership (PPP) model and associated risks - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Hands on deal execution and transaction closure experience in multiple sectors - Ability to handle transaction teams to ensure concurrent handling of multiple transactions - In-depth understanding of key Acts/Regulations/Order - Well networked with business houses, developers, sector experts and other industry stakeholders across lower to middle management - Ability to interact and manage client relationship at various levels in order to gain in-depth understanding of client’s business and successfully close the transaction.
