What is the procedure for procuring the Six Sigma Black Belt Certification?

Six Sigma is a business improvement methodology, originally developed by Motorola to systematically improve processes by eliminating defects. Defects are defined as unacceptable deviation from the mean or target. The objective of Six Sigma is to deliver high performance, reliability, and value to the end customer.

Students initially undergo the course work for Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. After the course work, students go through the three-month project and come back for the Black Belt Certification.

What is the usual faculty profile at ISME?

Many of our full-time faculty are alumni from IITs, IIMs, CMU, Purdue and Wharton. At this stage, we have a ratio of one full-time faculty for every ten students. About 50% of courses are taught by full-time faculty. Even our visiting faculty comprises of exceptional academic, industry backgrounds, and having experience in premier institutes of the country.
