The salaries offered to IIMA grads continued their upward climb this year too with the average annual domestic salary steeply rising by 14% from last year. The maximum annual domestic salary was offered by Mc Kinsey & Comp, while the maximum offered for an overseas job was by Deutsche Bank. Improved Recruitment System On the basis of feedback from the recruiters and students, this year the recruitment process was extended over 6 days to enable greater recruiter-student interaction. This extended two-way evaluation process aided both parties in making a more informed decision. It has consistently outperformed the other B-schools in the country in terms of International recruitment opportunities, variety of jobs and salaries offered. The IIM Ahd recruitment cell expects this trend to continue even though the batch size has increased substantially this year. This conviction is strengthened by the fact that many companies which expressed an interest to recruit students were unable to do so since the batch was already placed.
