Prof Debashis Chatterjee, Director IIM Kozhikode is the youngest academic to head an IIM. Under his Leadership IIM Kozhikode has transformed from a geographically challenged business school to an institution that is globalizing Indian thought.

He is the author of 6 internationally published books and more than 100 research publications. His work has been translated in many foreign and Indian languages. He has taught Leadership in IIM Kolkata and in IIM Lucknow as Professor of Organization Behavior for more than 15 years. He was twice Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University and MIT. He serves as Independent Director on the Boards several Indian and multinational organizations.

Prof Debashis Chatterjee has been a CEO coach, architect and director of leadership programs for the entire cabinet of the Kerala Government and has been a trainer in several Fortune 100 Companies. In his last role he has served as Dean of an international business school in Singapore. Professor Debashis Chatterjee has taught his Leading Schools workshop to more than ten thousand teachers and principals in six continents of the world.
