Workshop to Discover Your Leadership Signature

Objectives: This workshop is an adventure of ideas and experiences on leadership. It aims to provide deep insights and action-choices for leaders who are struggling to cope with a complex knowledgedriven environment. At the end of the workshop leaders can expect to gain clarity and coherence between their espoused values and values-in-action. The participants can expect a shift in their perspective: -

For: This program draws upon actual leadership practice of leaders in multinationals, public sector organizations and administrators across different cultures in four continents of the world. This workshop is likely to benefit CEOs, HR personnel, heads of functional units, entrepreneurs, administrators, academics interested in leadership studies and young leaders. Past participants of this program included the Prime Minister of Finland, the former Education Secretary of Government of India, a Vice President of AT&T, a partner in Delloitte & Touche, an Associate Professor of an Australian Business School, a senior executive of IBM, an Executive Director of Godrej and Boyce, CEO of a small start-up company in North India, a young mid-career student at Harvard University.

Contents: This 3 days' workshop will be designed to cover the following broad themes: -

Day 1: February 7

• Who am I? How do I discover my leadership signature ?

• What are human values ? A framework for understanding my values.

• What is leaderfulness ? My leadership archetype.

• What is it that leaders really do ?

• What do I learn from great leaders ?

• Vision : Ho do I improve my visual literacy ?
  Day 2: February 8

• The execution compass.

• A day in my work life : how do I get things done ?

• The science of illumined dynamism.

• Self, others and systems : the ecology of leadership.

• How leaders communicate : crucial connections.

• How do I create emotional resonance: love as a discipline ?
  Day 3: February 9

• Presensing : silence and the art of meditation.

• Leadership in response to time and stress.

• Creating a leadership model : the shared values of leadership.

• Your action choices: learning to lead.

• Valediction.

Programme Fees:
This residential program of 3 days will cost Rs. 18,250/- per participant (US$400 for international participants). The fees include board and lodging (single-room occupancy) at IIM Campus on the days of the program, the cost of program literature and the cost of tuition.
