General Management Programme For ITES Professionals

Objectives: The program is designed to address both the internal as well as external challenges that IT &ITES professionals are likely to confront in their professional lives. This will include a rigorous exposure to all the major functional areas of global management practice as well as a basket of soft skills to produce a well-rounded IT& ITES professional.

For: Graduates with minimum 2 years work experience / sponsored by an organization

Contents: The program has been structured into 3 modules. Each module will consist of 4 courses of 24 sessions each for a maximum duration of 75 minutes. The three modules will broadly cover themes in managerial economics, finance, quantitative methods, managing organizations, marketing, operations and service quality, human resource management, interpersonal skills, business strategy, communication and presentation skills and project management.
