Management of Creativity and Innovation Objectives: The programme has four broad objectives. First is to develop a critical appreciation of concepts related to creativity and management of creativity and innovation. Second is to help the participants assess their own creative potential, to identify the various blocks to realise this creative potential, and to guide them to develop a personal agenda for overcoming these blocks. The third objective is to train the participants in some creative problem solving methods. Fourth objective is to develop an appreciation among the participants about the organisational context of creativity and innovation so that they can work towards making their own organisations into creative workplaces which come out with innovation on a sustained basis. For: The programme is aimed at the managers at various levels in the organisation. This is to achieve a mixed group of participants who would have multiple views to share. A high degree of willingness to work with oneself is desirable. Contents:
