Directors' Leadership Programmes Overview: The board of directors is at the helm of the corporate governance structure of a limited liability company. It provides leadership to the executive management and also monitors and controls it. Each member of the board needs to be cognizant of his responsibilities for the effective functioning of the board. The objective of corporate leadership programmes is to provide a platform to directors to exchange ideas on how to improve corporate practices and corporate governance system in their companies. Learning Outcomes: The programmes will provide the participants with an opportunity to sharpen their acumen for corporate management and hone up their leadership quality.
